What currencies and payment methods do you accept?

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept all major payment methods processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order is placed. Please contact us at info.pawpie@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Are prices subject to change?

Yes, prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you'll be charged.

Shipping & delivery

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We ship to all states and territories across Australia. Shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details.

What if my order is delayed?

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or other circumstances outside our control. If you're concerned about your order, please get in touch and we'll help track it down.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Australia only. International shipping may be available in the future - sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at info.pawpie@gmail.com with your order details and we'll guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pawpie is not liable for return parcels that are lost in transit.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, simply return your item once approved and place a new order for the correct one.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect - what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.pawpie@gmail.com with your order number and a few photos of the issue, and we'll resolve it for you promptly.

Are shipping fees refunded?

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our end.

How do I choose the right size for my dog?

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring your dog's neck and chest girth before ordering, as sizing can vary between products. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.

Will the colours look exactly as shown on screen?

We do our best to display colours as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur depending on your device or screen settings. If you have questions about a specific colour, feel free to reach out before ordering.

Are Pawpie products machine washable?

Care instructions vary by product. Please refer to the care label on your item or the product page for washing guidance. For the Drying Robe, machine washing is generally suitable on a gentle cycle.
